OHL Logistics Limited is a wholly owned operating subsidiary of GLWD Investment Company Limited, established to lead the Phase 2 development and management of the OHL Trans-Nigeria Transportation Project. The company will manage the entire logistics value chain, from fleet operations to distribution and charging infrastructure.
The company will operate a modern fleet of electric trucks that transport bulk cargo, containerised goods, and construction materials for the MDG Project Nigeria ecosystem.

OHL Logistics Limited will operate a modern fleet of 1,000 electric trucks designed for maximum efficiency and sustainability in cargo transportation across Nigeria, serving the MDG Project Nigeria ecosystem.
Total: 1,000 electric trucks. 500 Tractor Trucks (40 tons GCW). 500 Tipper Trucks (40 tons GVW).
Average Payload: 30 tons per truck. Annual Throughput: 10.8 million tons. Total Ton-Kilometres: 1.944 billion annually.

OHL Logistics Limited will operate 9 strategically located charging stations across Nigeria, entirely powered by solar energy, ensuring sustainable and zero-emission fleet operations.
20 fast chargers (350 kW DCFC) per station. Total of 180 chargers across the network. 7 MW solar PV capacity per station. 63 MW total solar PV capacity across the network.
Average battery size: 688 kWh. Each truck requires 144 charging sessions per year. Energy consumption: 97,200 kWh per truck annually. Total fleet energy demand: 97.2 million kWh per year. Charging time: approximately 2 hours per session. Network capacity: 540 trucks charged per day.
